MOVEMENT MONTH
For the next twenty eight days we’re going to be talking, sharing, discussing, learning about how we move our bodies.
Movement IS change. An expression of energy, unique to each of us.
There are so many questions I’d like to find answers to in this month. What happens inside our brain when we exercise? How much movement is enough? Why do long walks breed good ideas? Why don’t older women play team sports? What are the benefits of strength training in midlife? Why does dancing in a crowd feel so good?
I’ll kickstart the month with a long read about how taking up football in my forties has changed my life. In the mean time, I need your input. Whats piques your curiosity when you think about movement? What do we HAVE to talk about? Who inspires you when it comes to body movement? Is there anyone you would want to hear from on Changes?
